Florida Senator Bob Allen faces charges for attempting to prostitute himself to a guy who turned out to be an undercover cop. Allen apparently got pegged for acting strangely around a men’s restroom in Titusville park, repeatedly entering and exiting the structure. Finally, he walked up to a plainclothes cop and offered to suck his dick in exchange for $20. Woops!
It looks like Florida might need those automated restroom stalls after all. Makes one wonder if maybe Jim Naugle bumped into Allen in a public john somewhere and that’s what got him started on his evangelizing.
UPDATE: Originally I stated that Bob Allen was facing charges for soliciting a prostitute. Apparently, I was wrong, and in this case, Sen. Allen was actually a prostitute soliciting a john. The dicey language around “sucking his dick for $20″ threw me off. Thanks to Cara for setting me straight.

I guess my phrasing was kind of shitty. He offered the guy twenty dollars to suck his (the guy’s) dick. Like, “I’ll give you twenty dollars if you let me suck your dick.” The “his dick” isn’t clear, is it?
Are you sure? The article says that he offered to perform oral sex for $20. So that sounds like he was performing the roll of the prostitute.
